因为工作的原因，目前了解到了一种新的惠民政策，就是北京推出了公租房项目。就是为百姓买不起房的量身打造的。一般都有五六十平米，给你装修好，业主可以拎包入住，房租不过每个月一两千。其实大家算算，真是买房不如租房，最起吗在大家最好年龄时，可以过的开心些，不用去当房奴。
